Sagarika, who is currently working with MahaChem as a Senior Accounts and Customer Care Executive, was interviewed to share about her and her experience in MahaChem.
I started working at Maha as an Accounts Executive in year 2013. It has been a great experience while working with a team of people from different countries. I have been given other tasks not only in Finance, but also in Customer care and Human capital departments. I think those have been good opportunities for me to become more competent member in MahaChem.
My passions lie on exploring new places; I mostly like to travel different places and countries. I enjoy helping others and working in a team. I am very excited when it comes to organizing and designing the events as well.
One of the exciting moment I had with MahaChem was when I visited MahaChem headquarter for the first time. I got to know more about my colleagues during the trip, and I won the ‘Best learner of Maha Academy in 2018’ award and an award for my 5 years service in MahaChem. Those were especially memorable for me among the exciting moments I had with MahaChem.

All members in MahaChem are given great opportunities to share and suggest innovation ideas. Since I joined Maha, I have had a continuous learning experience because there are many learning platforms: Maha academy, Maha Idea bank to share ideas, and Online learning programs to develop our knowledge.
