Basic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
Completing IQOQ and Preventative Maintenance/calibration
Prepare service and spare parts quotations for customers enquiries
Identifying potential opportunities to get a new preventive maintenance contract
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Working as a member of the team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned jobs.
Provide product training to end users and distributor
