Senior Executive, Sales / Assistant Manager, Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Customer management, covering:
- Manage sample monitoring, based on customer projects
- Regular customer visits, and constant communication
- Build rapport and provide solutions to customers
- Pro-active marketing activities
- Conduct concept and product presentation to customers
- Key In projects through CRM system
- Develop and maintain existing business for Home & Personal Care market in the Philippines, by improving sales and customer coverage Manage, and monitor quotations, stock, and sample inventory
- Communicate and work together with the Care team, to improve market coverage of the company for the Philippines Care Business
- Communicate and work together with suppliers for product promotion
- Prepare forecast, marketupdate, market mapping and supplier reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, and the like.
- With at least 2-5 years of related work experience as Technical Sales for Home and Personal Care ingredients/Raw material, and development.
- Passionate, creative, hard-working, resourceful, Pro-active, team player and can work with minimum supervision
- Experience in technical sales or laboratory functions is a plus
- Ability to understand Home and Personal Ingredients, with technical Sales experience is a must.
- Have basic understanding on the type, function and characteristic of standard raw material used in the Home and Personal Care development.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs
- Has good communication skills on both Filipino and English, written and oral communication, other dialects is a plus.
- High sense of assignment ownership and responsibility, and familiarization with the accounts assigned
