RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
- Completing IQOQ and Preventative Maintenance/calibration
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations for customers enquiries
- Identifying potential opportunities to get a new preventive maintenance contract
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Working as a member of the team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned jobs.
- Provide product training to end users and distributor
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Bioengineering,
- Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering & Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in English and Chinese, conversant in Malay
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication
- Team Player
