Assistant Manager/Manager, Sales

Responsible for Customer management, covering:
Key In projects through CRM system
Develop and maintain existing business for Home & Personal Care market in the Philippines, by improving sales and customer coverage Manage, and monitor quotations, stock, and sample inventory
Communicate and work together with the Care team, to improve market coverage of the company for the Philippines Care Business
Communicate and work together with suppliers for product promotion
Prepare forecast, marketupdate, market mapping and supplier reports

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Food Technology, Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
With at least 3-5 years of related work experience as Technical Sales for Food ingredients/Raw material, and development.
Passionate, creative, hard-working, resourceful, Pro-active, team player and can work with minimum supervision
Experience in technical sales or laboratory functions is a plus
Basic knowledge on GMP, HACCP, SSOP, Regulatory experience etc. is an advantage
Have basic understanding on the type, function and characteristic of standard raw material used in the Food development.
Have basic understanding on product category under Flour, Beverage, Dairy, Savory, and spices e.g. market.
Have basic understanding on Food regulation and Halal.
Has good communication skills on both Filipino and English, written and oral communication.
High sense of assignment ownership and responsibility, and familiarization with the accounts assigned
