Rheology Modifiers with Multiple Functions: Multicare and Hydrojel Series

Rheology modifier is used very frequently in various skin care applications. It plays an important role in stabilising emulsion and controlling the flow of the product. Due to the economic reasons, many formulators seek for the rheology modifier with multiple functions but many do not find such one. However, we are able to provide one.Multicare series has multiple functions as thickener, emulsifier and dispersing agent with superb skin absorbility. The series is very compatible with cream formulation. The recommended grade in the series is Multicare MP40KC. Multicare MP40KC is an anionic polymer with other multiple functions. The grade contains NON-TOXIC natural ingredients (Acrylamide and Ethylene oxide free), and it provides Soft and Silky feeling after the application.

On the other hand, Hydrojel series works the best in skin care applications as Thickener and Moisturizing agent. The series is suitable for Gel formulation!

Despite of these differences, both rheology modifier series are Easily Dispersible under cold process because of their Pre-neutralised liquid form! Most importantly, both provide Excellent Sensory feeling and Work Perfectly in wide range of pH level (4-9).Multicare Series

  1. Easy to use as it is already a pre-neutralized polymer in liquid form (water in oil emulsion) that works at a wide range of pH
  2. Can function in almost all kinds of oils and even at very low temperature
  3. Excellent pigment dispersant due to its lipodispersible characteristic
  4. Excellent texturizer with unique sensory profiles and superb skin absorption.

Hydrojel Series

  1. Easy to use as it is already a pre-neutralized polymer in liquid form
  2. Similar texture as silicone oils
  3. Non drying & water soluble lubricant
  4. Excellent moisturizing and lubricating efficacy
