Singapore Quality Class (SQC) is the certification awarded to business with overall excellence standards and provides organisations with a holistic framework for attaining Business Excellence (BE). Singapore Quality Class Star (SQC Star) recognises organisations that have attained greater heights of excellence on the BE journey.

The four standards and certification programmes for BE are based on seven dimensions of excellence: Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Processes, Customers and Results. Each of these standards focuses on management capabilities required for a key enabler of BE: people, innovation, or service.
