Responsibilities :

  • Responsible in customer care & service operation in manage and coordination from importation, orders processing, logistics arrangement, stock planning and warehouse inventory management
  • Processing orders and on-time submission of logistic related documents
  • Establish good warehouse management and ensure healthy stock inventory
  • Provide a friendly and professional attending to customers, presenting a positive image of the company
  • Responsible in customer care in supporting sales team in providing product information, manage samples recording, attending to customer needs to provide excellence service
  • Participate and execute customer care campaigns and digital marketing campaigns roll out for positive customer experience.
  • Attending to customer needs by actively listening to the customer’s feedback; determining the root cause of the problem; proactive in providing innovative solutions; expediting correction or adjustment; following through to ensure resolution
  • Support and assist the management and sales team with any assigned special projects tasks and others such as organizing seminar, training and workshop etc
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements :

  • Minimum Degree in related disciplines in customer service & care, logistic operation with 2-3 years working experiences
  • Experience in SAP B1 will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in digital marketing will be a plus point
  • Have good communication skill and demonstrates patience, care and respect in dealings with people
  • Possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to implement appropriate solutions
  • Possess good conflict resolving skill and able to build excellent relationship and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate good team spirit, proactivity and integrity
  • Willing to learn and like to interact with people
  • Proficiency in ENGLISH
