- Pre disperse phase A until homogenous at room temperature
- Add phase B to phase A, mix the solution until homogenous
- Add phase C step by step to bulk no.2, then mix until homogenous
- Add phase D continue mixing until it becomes homogenous
- Adjust the pH, if necessary, until 5.5
