What is Finexell-T11?
A powerful anti-aging agent, Finexell-T11, is a complex consisting of 4 types of peptides (Hexapeptide-9, Tripeptide-29, Tripeptide-1, Acetyl hexapeptide-8) and Lactobacillus/Collagen Ferment Filtrate. Anti-aging Mechanisms of Finexell-T11
Lactobacillus/Collagen Ferment Filtrate (Irritation-relief) enhances collagen biosynthesis, provide anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. This reduces the amount of free radical in our skin with the increase of antioxidant defences. On the other hand, Tripeptide-1 promote cellular protection through repairing the DNA of the cells and reducing cell death. Hexapeptide-9, Tripeptide-29 and Acetyl hexapeptide-8 improves corium barrier through the inhibition of MMP enzymes and promote extracellular collagen production. Additionally, the presence of Hexapeptide-9 promote skin regeneration. All of the above play a role in reducing wrinkles and lead to strong anti-aging effect.
Testing Results on Finexell-T11's Efficacy
Finexell-T11 - Skin regeneration assay
According to the skin regeneration test, there is an increase in the amount of cells regenerated when Finexell-T11 is applied onto HACAT and HDF cells. (HACAT cell is human keratinocyte while HDF cell is Human Fibroblast cell). In general, the higher the percentage of Finexell-T11 added, more cell regenerated and greater the anti-aging effect.
Wound Healing Assay
The cell recovery capacity was examined through growth of skin cells (white color portion) by performing wound healing assay. According to Finexell-T11-Wound healing assay, the higher the percentage of Finexell-T11 added, the more obvious the healing effect.
Collagen Synthesis Assay
Collagen is synthesized as a procollagen form in the cell. When propeptide is cleaved, it will secreted out of the cell and extracellular collagen fibrils will be formed. Therefore, the amount of free propetides reflects the amount of collagen synthesized in the cells. According to the assay, Finexell-T11 induced collagen production in a concentration-dependent manner in HDF cells. Comparing with CTL (When 0% of Finexell is added), 3-5% of Finexell-T11 is enough to promote hydrolysis of collagen and improve wrinkles.
MMP-1 Inhibition Assay
UV-irradiation promotes expressions of various substrate protein degrading enzymes (Matrix MetalloProteinase, MMP). One of the most common collagen-degrading enzymes is MMP-1. By examining the degree of inhibition of this MMP-1, the wrinkle-reducing effect can be determined. According to the assay, Finexell-T11 is more effective than Retinol in wrinkle reducing, with blue bar showing a lower percentage of MMP-1 expression than orange bar at different percentage of anti-aging agents.
Stability Test (Cream)
From the first row (Cream type) and second row (Water Solution Type) bottles, there is no discolouration and change in odor after phase separation in 8 weeks at 50 °C. The final content of Finexell-T11 still more than 95% in the solution.
Clinical Test Result
According to clinical test, the roughness value (Ra) for wrinkles decreases over 8 weeks. The experimental data from the left shown that after 8 weeks, the values of Ra decreases from 15.75μm to 15.1μm [orange] when compared to week 0. Additionally, the base roughness depth (R3z) value for wrinkles also decreases over 8 weeks. Hence, Finexell-T11 is effective in reducing roughness and depth of wrinkles as compared to control.

- Heat phase A until the temperature is 70°C
- Heat phase B until the temperature is 70°C
- Add phase B to phase A and mix homogenously
